Executive Assistant - UHNW Family Office, Knightsbridge

This is an interesting an involving role for someone with a boutique background within a Family Office or similar.  Supporting an UHNW individual in his broad interests, investments, art and his Foundation.

This role is ideal for someone who is used to running an office and the financial side of matters on a day to day basis and happy to liaise with accountants and professional when required also.

Working with a Chief of staff and two other staff members where everyone chips in to help so a roll up the sleeves way of working and a positive and helpful personality is essential.  Many projects on the go and you will be able to see them through from start to finish.  Able to produce quality reports, documents with precis attention to detail.  Involvement in interesting projects within the Foundation within historic buildings, the arts and an overseas charity

HMO Inbox management, calls and gatekeeping  Diary management with day to day assistance with projects. Invoice processing for two entities (private office and the foundation), prepare payment authorisations for HMO to sign. Making bank payments for invoices. Setting up payroll payments. Accounting/finance queries for both entities. Point person for external accountants (annual accounts/corporation, tax/audit).  Financial research, dealing with all insurance (home, art, cars) Strategic partnership, research markets & potential competitors. 

The Family Office is going to move to new offices in Knightsbridge so involvement in a move would be a plus point.  Well presented and spoken and degree standard as there is liaison with high profile and high ranking officials with regard to upcoming events and matters within the Foundation.
