Our client a well-known family with an extensive portfolio of investments including Real Estate and interests within luxury brands are seeking a Team Assistant to join them and to support in their varied and interesting Property division. They are a vibrant, friendly and hardworking team so a great sense of humour is a must with a big smile and willingness to get stuck-in!

You will have experience in a similar role (1-2 years+ experience in a fast paced administrative/office or Team Assistant role) have a top work ethic and be ambitious to be successful as a top Team Assistant in a Private Office. You will be of graduate caliber (A-levels+ or PA Training), be hands on, willing to support and be looking to make a long term commitment. You will be articulate and well presented as the role can be client facing at times.

They are moving back to the office so you will be looking for an office based role and be able to commute with ease to the Bond Street area.

In this role you will support with UK/International travel arrangements, diary management for the meeting organisation and room bookings (setting up presentations and video interviews), research, running errands, meeting & greeting, gatekeeping, printing & binding documents and preparing materials ahead of meetings, expenses, record keeping and always being willing to provide support to your Team Assistant, PA and Reception colleagues when needed as a team player.
