Due to growth this opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and welcoming team in this successful boutique investment company focused in tech (based in in the heart of Soho, within a few minutes' walk of Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross Station). You will be the EA & Office Manager.
This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible working from home package. The hours are 8.30 - 18.00. The environment is highly recommended, social, engaging and inclusive. Their benefits are excellent and the role interesting and varied with room to grow.
They are growing their team from 14 to 22 in the coming months and in early 2023 will be moving to a new office (in the same area) which you will help to manage alongside providing support to the Partners and Supported by a Team Assistant. There is also an EA who supports the Managing Partners on the team who is going on maternity leave, but will return to support with you and the TA as an admin team of 3.
You will have around 5 years experience in a PA/EA and Office Management role, a stable background highlighting longevity and commitment to your past employer(s) is preferred, A-Level and above education preferred, a positive and helpful nature is a must alongside excellent communication skills and excellent MS Office skills are a most - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This varied and engaging role will include assisting with the office move, supporting the recruitment efforts, onboarding, preparing workstations and equipment updates, diary management, internal travel arrangements, prepping for meetings, creating documentation, events management, contract management, ensuring an engaging culture, managing payments and accounts alongside finance and more!
