Executive Assistant/Private PA to Private Equity Founder - St James's SW1
A truly inclusive role supporting a charming Founding Partner has arisen for a degree standard EA with good experience at CEO/Founding Partner level. Supporting on both the Business & Private side and used to co-ordinating complex schedules, travel and diary management - Africa & Europe mainly.
Based in lovely offices (50 colleagues) and the opportunity to be very involved in all aspects of the Founder's business and family life. A team player is essential as the Principal travels and you will be happy to support other team members if needed. Some remote work will be on the agenda when it seems sensible to do so (no set days). Board meeting management and managing contract and expenses for the Founder. The EA team have a great working relationship and support each other so you will be a top team player and happy to help when needed within other teams when not working for the Principal.
Supporting the Founder with private matters and liaising with the family on all family/household matters. Arranging personal/family travel and co-ordinating work diary/children's schedule with plans. Arranging private events/dinners at home and co-ordinating service providers for the residence. Personal shopping and errands when needed. This is a role supporting a very intelligent and strategic individual so you will be able to walk ahead and clear any problems that arise and have a strategic mind yourself.
Your background will be in investments/PE/Hedge or similar at senior level. A proactive and flexible individual with strong written and spoken English (another language would be a plus). Top experience in a fast paced role with changes to the schedule all the time. A forward thinker who enjoys being connected to the roe and wants to contribute. A collaborative colleague who is proactive, positive and hands on is essential. Able to think on your feet this is an interesting role and every day is different.
