Executive Assistant to CEO (Tech Scale-up) Remote/Hybrid
I am working with an innovative cyber security scale-up CEO/Founder who after growing his team to 45 people (with further growth plans to approx 60 by the end of the year) needs an EA to support him in business and personal needs. Young, dynamic and welcoming you will be valued by your CEO and have the scope for professional development in the role.
A remote first environment - you will have the flexibility to work from your home or their office in Shoreditch. You will want to have regular in person meetings with your CEO at his residence near Tower Hill or in Central London so you must be easily able to commute in.
A busy and engaging role, you will have EA experience to a similar level, be a born organiser, be career minded, willing and flexible. Start-up, scale-up/ tech experience is much preferred. You will be confident with Google packages and MS office, being tech savvy is a must.
Daily you will schedule an ever changing diary for personal and business engagements, international and multi-stop travel and accommodation, providing assistance with your CEOs many advisory and charitable positions, email management including responding on your CEOs behalf, meeting organisation including sourcing venues, agendas and at times taking notes, personal administration and running errands, assisting your CEO with HR matters such as onboarding and offboarding internationally, office management as needed and ensuring the continued positive and team spirited company culture.
