I am working with an innovative cyber security scale-up who after growing his team to c60 people (with further growth plans) needs an Events & Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Dynamic and welcoming you will be valued by your team and have the scope for professional development in the role.
A remote first environment - you will have the flexibility to work from your home or their office in Shoreditch. The preferred candidate will want to spend one to two days a week in the London office for meet-ups, planning and in-person collaboration with your team.
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity you will have strong organisational, planning and time management skills, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Tech savvy in applications such as MS, Google and an aptitude for new systems and technology. Events/ Marketing Administration is preferred or a relevant degree with some general admin experience.
In this role you will support the senior management and team with the coordination and attendance of various conferences, both in the UK and Internationally. You will liaise with organisers and potential co-sponsors to facilitate the smooth running of all conferences that the company hosts or attends. You will promote the event on social media and assist with budget management, order goodies for the events and more! Such a great role for someone who loves all things events and marketing!
