An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join this incredibly successful international Private Equity company in their London office (near Mayfair) in this role supporting a small, growing team.
You will ensure the smooth running of the office whilst providing top rate EA support and have the opportunity to grow with them long term as many exciting growth plans come to fruition. You will work alongside another EA each supporting your core team/remit.
A wonderfully hands-on role with welcoming people, you will assist with diary management, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, personal administration, events support, office management, to project support. The ideal role for someone who loves variety and being on hand to support where they are needed.
You will want to be office based in this role to be the lynch-pin of the office. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary plus bonus and benefits.
To be considered you will have ample experience as an EA & Office Manager - Ideally you will come from a private equity, VC, investment or similar industry - You will be of graduate calibre, a confident communicator, you will be immaculately presented and clearly be able to demonstrate working in fast paced environments. High attention to detail, multitasking and a solutions driven way of working is essential. A CV showing commitment to prior employers is also favoured.
