An outstanding long term opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join this incredibly successful and dynamic US backed VC in their expanding London office (W1) in this role supporting a small, growing investment team.
We are looking for someone seeking growth in their career, at a stage where their resilience, fast pace of working and office management skill can be grown over the coming months in the business to support with a major project - an office relocation. To house their growth plans the new office will be a unique space and you will move with them to run it!
You will be hands on to help with the basics and excited for what the future will bring for you. Daily you will manage the vendor relationships with service providers, research new suppliers as needed, facilities requests, be the first point of contact for IT issues, liaison regularly with the US office for common culture goals for the office,meeting & greeting, setting up meeting and conference rooms and AV equipment, help create and elevate efficiency in the office, GDPR compliance and more. You will be involved in worldwide projects and initiatives.
To be considered you will have solid experience in Office Management duties. You will come from a private equity, VC, investment or similar industry - You will be of graduate calibre, a confident communicator, you will be immaculately presented and clearly be able to demonstrate working in fast paced environments. High attention to detail, multitasking and a solutions driven way of working is essential. A CV showing commitment to prior employer(s) is also favoured.
