HR Business Partner - North London (Perm or Contract Avaliable)

£50,000 pro-rata + Bens + Hybrid Working

An experienced HRBP is sought to join this registered charity for a 6-9 months fixed term period (with possible extension or perm contract - dependent on candidate preference). Joining a supportive and friendly team of 8 reporting to the HR Director (who is a delight) with a HRM/ HRBPs/Advisors and Administrative staff supporting with the smooth running of the department.

Great working hours of 9am -5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am -3pm Fridays with flexible working from home and the office in place across the organisation.

The ideal applicant for this role will have strong HRBP experience. You will be professional, be sensitive to religious cultures and beliefs due to the nature of this business, be able to deal with difficult situations with tact and be friendly, open and a real team player. Strong employee relations experience is a must, CIPD or qualified by experience, recruitment support alongside a confident, efficient and friendly demeanor is a must for this role. You will be able to easily commute to North London for this role also for office based days (currently 2 days per week).

The HRBP role will begin in a transactional manner but evolve next year in a more strategic manner. You will provide advice to management and staff on employment matters including coaching management, recruitment support and guidance, draft and update policies and procedures, support on change projects, assisting with the delivery of inductions, contract management, manage promotions and benefit changes and more.
