Job Description

This incredibly high profile and successful independent unique architectural company in South West London seeks a stand-alone HR Manager to join the organisation. A team of approx 45 FTEs you will support across all divisions of the business joining the management team reporting directly into the inspirational Chairman.
They are offering hybrid working (2 days per week) - they are open also to full time or 4 days per week. The offices standard hours are 9am - 6pm with flexibility on offer - the right candidate is their priority.
You will be an experienced HRM, preferably in a standalone function, have a degree in HR or be CIPD qualified, have strong knowledge of U.K. employment law, have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications/ be tech savvy. Experience in design, construction, architecture or similar would be advantageous.
A busy and engaging role you will have the responsibility for the employee lifecycle, end to end recruitment, employee relations, training, L&D, compliance, payroll (alongside Finance), internal communication, review process, H&S, benefits and incentives and more!
