This is a fabulous opportunity to support a new incoming CEO to a top Tech company that is expanding.  You  will also support the COO and you will work as a dynamic team.  Based in great offices with a modern and go ahead working style you will use all of your skills in this role.  As a PA you will have a wide remit of skills, degree standard much preferred and the ability to switch hats when needed and the flexibility to do so.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the business side of being a PA who would like to join a top Tech company and relishes a fast paced and dynamic role.  

Top diary management able think ahead and to prioritise time effectively.  A background showing that you can effectively support two senior individuals in a fast paced role and remain calm under pressure.  A top organiser who has excellent experience in travel and itineraries, expenses, agendas and able to take minutes/notes in meetings and follow up.  Able to prepare documents for meetings and flag up any issues beforehand.  Able to carry out research and gathering of information.  Assisting with events management and supporting Group events when required.  There is a possibility that part of the role can be carried out remotely.  Top literacy skills and a great communicator you will have energy commitment and a lot to offer this superb company who recognise talent and nurture it.  A great team player is essential as the EA's all pull together.  Excellent IT skills and used to working in total confidentiality is a must.  Top package + bonus and a top company to work for in every respect
