I am working with a Property Investment company based near St James's who are looking for a PA & Office Manager to join their friendly and approachable team.
The role will be office based supporting alongside a lovely EA who looks after another team in the organisation. You will look after the Operations team to include the Chairman and MD (7 in total). A wonderful opportunity for someone with a couple of years Team Admin/ Team Assistant/ PA experience looking to gain C-Suite exposure and grow with a business.
Working the standard hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday - You will support with diary management, meeting coordination, travel organisation, document production, research, office management, events organisation and more!
To be considered you will be an excellent communicator, have experience in a similar administrative role supporting multiple people, have top IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be looking for a predominately office based role. Experience in Property, Real Estate, Investments or similar would be preferred but all experiences will be considered.
