Team Assistant - Temp to perm (Hybrid/Flexible role)

This dynamic boutique investment team with a focus in Real Estate across Europe, owned and run by a high profile UHNW family seek a Team Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team in their office near Bond Street. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). It can be full time or they are open to part-time (5 days a week, reduced hours).
This role is immediately available so the ideal candidate will be free immediately or on a short notice.
A wonderful friendly team who seek someone with a great energy, personable personality and willing nature to support the PA and EA with the daily running of the office.
You will have some experience (the more the merrier) supporting a team as an administrator or Team Assistant, love supporting multiple people, be educated to A-level or equivalent and above, hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, be well presented and spoken, be confident in your abilities and always be willing to support with tasks outside of the job description.
Experience from Real Estate or Finance - Investments, Private Equity, Hedge or similar would be preferred but similar fast paced environments also are being considered.
A busy and engaging role you will truly be immersed in the exciting and high profile projects your team are working on. You will ensure their day runs seamlessly organising ever changing diaries, international travel arrangements including visas and accommodation, gatekeeping, organising meetings, meeting and greeting, document production from presentations to reports, assisting with events management, supplies and orders for your team, personal administration and more.
