An incredible scale-up and very unique Fintech company in stunning offices near Kings Cross seek a Team PA to join their incredibly fast paced an interesting Internal Recruitment division who hire internationally for the business.
Joining a supportive and friendly team your support will be invaluable to assist with scheduling interviews across various time zones, diary management, gate keeping for the department, liaising with colleagues and applicants on a daily basis via telephone and email, inbox management, dragging and sending correspondence such as interview confirmations, responding to last minute changes, maintaining candidate records and adhering to GDPR guidelines and more.
To be considered for this interesting role you will be a confident communicator, have top English written and verbal skills, be an experienced administrator used to working independently at times and able to juggle priorities, you will have a high standard of education and be seeking a role where you are kept busy, engaged and adore scheduling!
