An expanding and incredibly successful boutique investment company (a highly successful off-shoot of a well-known international investment firm) is actively seeking a Team Assistant/PA to join them on a permanent basis starting in Jan/Feb 22. Based in stunning offices with a fun and friendly team you will support with organising travel for the team of 6, expenses management, scheduling meetings, diary management, gatekeeping, supporting with organizing team events and more. There is ample opportunity to grow and develop long term.
To be selected for this role you will have 1-2 + years’ experience as a Team Assistant/PA/Administrator carrying out similar duties and be looking for your next step. You will have excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, have excellent communication skills (written & verbal), experience from the finance industry is highly advantageous, professional services is essential.
