This dynamic high-profile boutique Private Equity team seek a Team PA to join them in their office in Mayfair. Supporting the welcoming and friendly Analyst team of 4 alongside a support team including an Office Manager, PA's and EAs who all pull together to ensure the smooth running of the office.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience (the more the merrier) supporting a team as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant, love supporting multiple people, be educated to A-level or equivalent and above, hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, be well presented and spoken, be confident in your abilities and always be willing to support with tasks outside of the job description.
A busy and engaging role you will truly be immersed in the projects your team are working on. Organising ever changing diaries, international travel arrangements including visas and accommodation, gatekeeping, organising meetings, meeting and greeting, document production from presentations to reports, assisting with events management, supplies and orders for your team and more!
