Executive Assistant to Creative Director & CEO - Luxury Goods Mayfair

A top opportunity has arisen for a polished, bright and career orientated EA to support this very successful Creative Director and her dynamic CEO. Based within a beautiful converted luxury house in Mayfair on 4 floor (28 staff) this is a boutique luxury environment creating the most beautiful luxury items. A background in luxury goods, fashion or similar plus a degree would be much preferred.

The role is focused on the business primarily and you will learn all aspects of the business sitting with the team and become highly involved in the events and showcases of the company.

Gatekeeper with tact and diplomacy. Top diary manager with expert juggling ability. Organiser of complex and moving diaries, prioritising and happy to go with the changes with a smile. Excellent English skills written and spoken and able to create letters, reports, presentations and draft correspondence.

Monitoring of emails and flagging up important issues. Top travel and itinerary skills and daily liaison with the marketing team with regard to lunches, events and choosing event themes. Coordinating RSVP's and invitations, attending events when required. Representing the CEO in her absence and managing the Creative Director's time with clients and appointments.

Polished, well presented and spoken, able to work at a pace when required and career orientated in essential. Fantastic team who are welcoming and hard working. A great multi tasker with humour and dedication, high standards and willing to go the extra mile. Great attention to detail and able to build relationships quickly, Advanced IT and a top organiser who is flexible, focused and motivated.

This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to join this established luxury brand with a top international client base and a bespoke section of stunning pieces.

The role is to start mid-/end September and a wonderful opportunity in a fabulous working environment.
