An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join this successful and modern Accountancy practice in the City working alongside a team of lovely Administrators and Office Manager.
Responsible for the team’s diary, scheduling meetings, administrative tasks for the team, office management tasks including ensuring stationery orders, procurement of tea, coffee, collating expenses and making payments for the office, maintain any petty cash, postal duties incoming and outgoing, organisation of team outgoings/events as required, responsible for meeting & greeting visitors to the office, assisting with incoming calls, filing, liaising with clients, HMRC and Companies house to follow items up for the team, assist with dividend vouchers and statutory items. In addition to all adhoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the administrative function of the office.
