Executive Assistant to CEO & Creative Director - (Luxury Jewelery Brand) Mayfair

A top opportunity has arisen for a polished, bright and career orientated EA to support this very successful Creative Director and her dynamic CEO.  Based within a beautiful converted luxury house in Mayfair on 4 floor (28 staff) this is a boutique luxury environment creating the most beautiful HNW luxury A background in luxury goods, fashion, jewellery in a boutique environment or similar is much preferred

The Principals have very different personalities so you will be adept at supporting in a busy and sometimes demanding role juggling different requests from time to time. One is very focused on the business and driving the brand forward and the other is a more laid back creative individual dealing with the clients

The role is focused on the business primarily and you will learn all aspects of the business sitting with the team and become highly involved in the events and showcases of the company.

Gatekeeper with tact and diplomacy.  Top diary manager with expert juggling ability.  Organiser of complex and moving diaries, prioritising and happy to go with the changes with a smile.  Excellent English skills written and spoken and able to create letters, reports, presentations and draft correspondence.

Monitoring of emails and flagging up important issues.  Top travel and itinerary skills and daily liaison with the marketing team with regard to lunches, events and choosing event themes.  Coordinating RSVP's and invitations, attending events when required.  Representing the CEO in her absence and managing the Creative Director's time with clients and appointments.

Sitting with the team the working atmosphere is great and very supportive.  Lots of liaison between marketing, sales etc especially when organising events etc.

Polished, well presented and spoken, able to work at a pace when required and career orientated in essential.  Fantastic team who are welcoming and hard working.  A great multi tasker with humour and dedication, high standards and willing to go the extra mile.  Great attention to detail and able to build relationships quickly.  Good IT and a top organiser who is flexible, focused and motivated.

This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to join this established HNW luxury brand with a top international client base and a bespoke section of stunning pieces.

The role is to start mid-/end September and a wonderful opportunity in a fabulous working environment.
