Private PA for delightful couple - Chelsea (2-3 years+ experience as a Private PA essential)

A fabulous Private PA role has arisen to support this charming Swedish couple with a young baby in their lovely home in Chelsea. They are renovating a huge house in Belgravia to move into in 2020 where eventually the PA will be based in a home office. Until then the role will be stand alone in their own office in Chelsea so a self starter happy to work alone initially is essential. Switched on with energy and very bright, able to take care of expenses and household budgets and liaise with the household staff which will increase once the house is ready.
Degree standard would be preferred but not essential, some experience of working with accounts & budgets would be a big plus. Discretion and trustworthy you will have great references as you will be handling highly confidential information. Excellent written and verbal skills, a top organiser with excellent multi tasking skills. Well presented with a warm and helpful personality is also essential. The family are a kind, gentle family looking for the same in their PA.
Acting as first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Correspondence and managing mail. MAnaging diaries, meetings and appointments, flagging up important tasks and deadlines. Creating and managing filing, putting in procedures and systems Paying invoices and managing UK bank accounts. Collating and filing expenses. LIaising with the property manager. Taking inventory of goods in storage. Liaison with property management regarding ongoing house renovations. Personal shopping and reservations to restaurants, theatre etc. Co-ordinating travel and itineraries, transport and accommodation, visas etc. Liaison with accountants and lawyers etc
Managing household staff with regard to roatas, payroll, Holidays and health and safety.
