This incredibly successful and expanding international company owned and run by an UHNW family are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join them in their stunning serviced offices in W1. Covering on a maternity contract fixed for 6-12 months, working the wonderful hours of 09.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday for a highly competitive salary of £30 to 35K (dependent on experience).
A wonderfully broad role covering in a generalist capacity including recruitment & selection, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, training & development, updating employee records, sickness records, filing, formatting documentation including reports and presentations, diary management for the HR department and more!
To be considered for the role you will have 2+ years relevant experience as a HR Administrator/Assistant, ideally from a professional services or UHNW office environment, be degree educated or relevant experience/CIPD, be free to commence at short notice and be able to commit for the full duration of the contract.
You will have strong MS office skills – Office, Outlook and Excel are a must. Experience of Microsoft talent software would be advantageous. You will be professional, friendly and approachable with the proven experience of multi-tasking, even under pressure.
