Office Manager/PA to Founder - Consultancy Mayfair.

  A busy and varied role has come in for a good all rounder to run the office and support the Senior Partner of this Boutique Consultancy (12) based in beautiful offices in Mayfair.  Degree standard with a good knowledge of Quick books is essential for this role.  The Consultancy is based in London and Paris so French would be a major advantage.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and supporting the Managing Partner.

Dealing with Reception duties (phones and greeting clients) and building relationships with suppliers and taking care of the maintenance of the premises.  Liaising with the IT supplier and troubleshooting any issues.  Client invoicing and follow-up of payments (Quickbooks essential) Preparation of salaries and setting up various reports and budgets.  Liaising with professional services i.e. accountants.

Diary management and meetings for the founder, booking travel and itineraries, email management, expenses and general assistance.

Organising presentations and follow up of meetings with clients, preparation of pitch books, folllow up of searches and schedules, updating database.  Maintenance and updating website and drafting of marketing documents.

This is a busy and involving role for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
