This successful boutique management consultancy based in beautiful offices in Soho seeks a new Office Manager/Team Assistant to join their team.

An incredibly varied and interesting role where you will have the responsibility of running the office of approx. 15-20 people daily. You will manage the office space, be the first point of contact for suppliers and contractors, organise travel including international requirements and accommodation, prepare reports and presentations to the highest standards, support with recruitment of new hires, manage the HR administration for the office, organise events including the Christmas and summer parties, oversee the payroll and finance administration for the office including expenses, diary management, scheduling meetings and everything in-between!

If you like to be busy, have the responsibility of running your own office and day, then this role could be for you. They hope to capture someone with a friendly disposition and a good sense of humor. Experience in a similar role is a must, supporting across Team Assistant/PA/Office Management responsibilities. You will have a strong educational background, graduate caliber advantageous.

You must have strong MS Packages including Excel and PowerPoint as these packages will be used daily.
