Executive Assistant to Founder - Central London

I am looking for a dynamic and fast thinking EA with plenty of energy to support this very successful Founder of a high profile company.  You will be dynamic in your style also and able to juggle many demands often changing with the wind.  A top business overview will be expected, connected to the business world and able to hold your own in high level meetings.  Able to sit in on these meetings and take minutes/action points for follow through.  This is a wing man role of high value to the company and the Principal and you will be party to interesting strategic projects with full responsibility in diverse areas.  The Principal respects smart and career orientated individuals with much to offer.  You will have confidence and charm, be quick witted with humour and really connect with your work. Your intelligence and experience will have given you great emotional intelligence and you will be ready for this next step.  Lots of research on the projects and you will be expected to participate in client and partner meetings with input in strategy across the various business projects.  Acting as interface and gatekeeper for the Principal and networking and relationship building is essential for this role.  A top communicator with warmth and humour who builds relationships easily and can react quickly to a fast-paced changeable schedules & events without skipping a beat.  Your background will be at CEO or Founding Partner level within a fast paced environment where your prioritisation skills have been utilized  to the full.  This is an exciting and rare role for a top EA who wants total involvement in the next role at the highest level.  A background supporting a start up CEO, an entrepreneur or similar would be ideal.  Very well presented and spoken with style and a modern approach is also essential.  Top package and top opportunity!
