An incredibly diverse private company with interests in Real Estate, Finance, and Leisure to Luxury Goods seeks a Team Assistant to join their team on a temporary (possibly to permanent) basis.
You will have the opportunity to support the team of 4 Directors and their team with PA duties and also have the chance to support the friendly Office Manager. You will support with diary and inbox management, arranging internal and external meetings and appointments, meeting & greeting guests for your team, booking accommodation and global travel, processing invoices, organising of staff events and staff lunches, covering reception during lunch breaks, putting together PowerPoint and MS Office documents, general administration such as stationery orders and database upkeep.
A lovely role available with a team that will value your support. To be considered you will have similar experiences, diary management, booking travel and accommodation is a must. An articulate, well-presented and willing character alongside strong MS Office skills. Most importantly you will be able to start immediately.
