A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Assistant/Receptionist to join our client, who own world renowned advertising, marketing, public relations, studios and media companies around the world, in their Guest Services department. Located close to Liverpool Street you will join a friendly and hardworking team as a Guest Services Assistant. To be considered for this role you will have top communication skills, a real customer services ethos and a can-do attitude. Hospitality/Concierge background is a must.
Within this friendly and smart/casual environment you will be the first point of contact for greeting people into the building, issue security passes, liaise between the client and the host when the client arrives to the building, manage the post for the building and manage the weekly/monthly audit of this, log maintenance requests, sending out/monitoring emails, support with customer events and you will support with all relevant administrative tasks and be cross-trained in other departments to ensure the cover of sickness/holiday so you must be a real team player to be considered.
You will have good working knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A good level of numeracy is a must alongside an enthusiastic and flexible approach. Experience with similar tasks would be highly desirable.
