Private PA - Italian speaking for HNW Family Mayfair.

A great role has arisen for an experienced Private PA used to working for a family with a full social life and business life.  A dynamic couple (Italian husband) both with separate businesses are looking for a highly competent and experienced Private PA with good Italian language skills to run the London residence and deal with all staff and property matters.  The couple entertain also so a high level of organisation skills, style and acumen in that area is needed.

The Principal is gearing up to buy a large property in Italy that you will also be involved with in the future.  Some travel to Italy will be within the role in the future and liaison with extended family.

A CV demonstrating 6-7 years+ as a senior Private PA within a household/office and a wide remit of skills and ability is essential.  The couple also have two young daughters and a puppy so your day will be very busy and varied.  Able to lead by example and have very high standards.  You will be flexible, hands on, proactive with a positive and helpful personality.

Able to manage a very busy private diary and schedule (for both Principals) private meetings and appointments, household bills and reconciliation, spotting any problems arising in the house and resolving.

Excellent household staff management skills and knowing how to assist when required to get the job done

This is a busy hands on role for someone who enjoys a busy and extremely varied day.
