One of the most exclusive  UHNW family offices in London with stunning offices based in Mayfair are looking for positive, polished and proactive PA  to work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant who is charming and great fun to work with. You will be working in one of the most influential and distinguished family offices in the UK.  50 staff make up the office within various divisions to include philanthropy/charity, investments, property and concierge.

This is a fabulous work/life balance role from 9.30 - 5.30 and no-one will contact you out of hours!

A successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, be well presented and have the ability to prioritise effectively. To have German as a language would be a plus point.

The Family Office have a professional but extremely friendly culture that requires a strong work ethic and outgoing personality to thrive. Someone with a genuine desire to make a difference and willing to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done. Discretion is paramount, as this role will require support with highly confidential matters.  A high level of emotional intelligence and a proactive manner of working with positive energy.

You will need excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as strong IT skills and the ability to work well under pressure occasionally. This is a busy and involved role where you will need to be able to multi-task effectively and have the ability to follow directions whilst also being able to use your own initiative.  Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as well as a great eye for detail.  

Working within an open plan office within a team of 4 your day will be very busy and a great learning curve for the future. 

This role is suited to someone with a flexible, highly adaptable attitude with a big smile and "can-do" attitude.  Discretion and confidentiality are key and this is a role for someone who definitely wants to progress their career!  Top assistance and guidance given by the Senior EA who is charming, helpful and will assist you to become a top Family Office colleague.

A good all rounder able to turn their hand to both the small and the larger projects.  Good document skill and a high level of organisational skills.

Demonstrable Administrative Assistant experience – 2+ years
High attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
