CFO - UHNW Mayfair

A diverse and interesting role has arisen for an astute ACA qualified CFOwho understands entrepreneurial Principals (and is quite entrepreneurial themselves) within fashion or the creative field and could take the reins for this multi faceted international UHNW individual with interests/companies in fashion, the arts and interiors.

Based in Mayfair (some wfh may be negotiable) you will put in necessary processes and procedures and have a cv demonstrating support within a niche Family Office or similar background that covers many bases to include: fashion business, interiors, property, art, cashflow and budgeting for various projects and start ups. Happy to cross over to personal financial matters and investments for the Principal when required.

Managing relationships with key stakeholders and provide financial and business controls over several businesses and projects. Cash flow management, planning and budgeting. Producing statutory returns, audit inspections and completing financial and legal compliance where required. VAT returns, P11D's & PAYE.

There will be a Chief of Staff in place and a Private PA to deal with the operational side of the day to day management who you will liaise with.

Handling the day to day management and running of operations you will have experience at UHNW or within the fashion business/interiors or art world background and be used to a more informal/boutique style of environment where you are involved in lots of projects outside of the normal remit. Confident and expereinced enough to give advice when required and be a sounding board for the Principal in current and forthcoming projects

This is a real right hand to the Principal role which will grow over time, is pivotal to the success and growth of the various businesses and will be involving and interesting.
