Job Title: Full-Time Laundress

Location: Sloane Square

Hours: 48 hours a week Monday to Saturday. When the family travel there is downtime and not the requirement to be in every day.

Salary: £45,000

Responsibilities:

• Handling delicate clothing, linens, alterations (shortening, repairs)
• Managing laundry for a household of 4 (2 adults, 2 children)
• Working closely with 2 other members of staff
• Responsible for seasonal changeover of wardrobes and correct storage and inventory of clothing
• Packing & unpacking for trips
• Ironing/pressing
• Happy to help in other areas of housekeeping as and when needed

Requirements:

• Experience with clothes, linens, and alterations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to assist in other household tasks
• Good organisational skills
• Familiarity with delicate fabrics and seasonal wardrobe management
