Private chef for a family in Knightsbridge

A semi formal family of 4 are looking for a passionate chef to join them on a live out basis working Tuesday - Saturday. As the chef you will be responsible for preparing creative, healthy and tasty meals for the family and staff.
The ideal chef will have a knowledge of Italian cuisine, understand where to source quality ingredients in London and enjoy personally shopping for these.

As the chef your duties will include:
- Preparing healthy breakfast, lunch and dinners for the family and staff (approx 8-9 people each day)
- Keep the kitchen spotless at all times
- Source the finest ingredients from trusted suppliers
- Create a weekly menu
- Able to bake bread regularly
- There may be some travel involved if the chef is keen

The ideal chef will:
- Have experience working within private households and/or high end restaurants
- Be a team player, this house is fully staffed
- Have a polite and hardworking nature
- Take pride in their craft and be passionate about their food and creating new meals
- Be pet friendly (dog)

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10/11am - 6/7pm
Starting: Sept/Oct 2022
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
