Rota Chef for London based family, near Regents Park NW1 – ASAP Start.

Lovely family for 4 are seeking a family chef preferably skilled in Japanese cuisine & other Asian cuisines. Rotating with their current chef, approx 4 days on 3 days off, usually starting around 9am. 2 Meals per day, lunch & dinner (2 Adults, 2 Children + Staff meals). Food varies between family style or plated service. All organic produce preferred, the family enjoy and welcome the chefs ideas to try new things. Various allergy/dietary requirements for the family members.  Snacks to be made every 1-2 days day depending on time available, these are kept in the family kitchen, and fresh bread baked daily.

Restaurant and/or luxury hotel restaurant experience is favoured. You will be organised, have top health and hygiene levels and work well in a busy environment.

Salary will depend on experience.
