Live Out Housekeeper (Clapham)

A London based family which includes, two adults and two children (aged 8 months old and 3 years old) are seeking a live-out housekeeper for a beautiful home in Clapham.

This is a relaxed family household seeking a friendly yet highly professional and experienced housekeeper.

Property

Substantial family home: Four-bedroom home with 5 bathrooms over 3 floors

Characteristics

• Must have previous experience working in a similar role
• Enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done well
• High attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to stay self-motivated
• Outgoing, cheerful, proactive and confident
• Experience with artwork and antiques would be beneficial

• Must be child friendly, having had experience with children before
• Must be fluent in English

Household Responsibilities

• To have a very high standard of cleaning
• Clean and maintain the interior to a high standard
• Ensure the linen, curtains/ blinds and fabrics are kept clean
• Experience with dealing with laundry, delicate fabrics, hand washing
• Good standard of cooking, healthy and wholesome meals (mostly for the little ones)
• To be responsible for the daily upkeep of the house

Hours

• Monday through to Friday, 8am till 6pm (occasional weekends required when the family travel to the country home)

Other

• Salary: Circa £40,000 dependent on experience
• Start date: Flexible
