A unique opportunity for an experienced private PA with property management to join this UHNW / High profile family as their senior family office PA. The role will allow for possibly two days working from home and the other three to be split between their office in W1 and home in Oxfordshire. The family also have a property up North as a rental investment which you will also oversee and manage, occasional travel to this location is required. The family also have a property overseas and are planning a large renovation project so demonstrated experience is essential.
The successful candidate will provide all round support to the family, ensuring that the four family properties are well maintained and run efficiently and the family members are fully supported at all times.
On the private side you will be working closely with the EA keeping in communication to oversee and plan the family's busy schedules, events, appointments holidays and logistics and ensure no scheduling conflicts. The PA will also act as a point of contact and manage all household staff and external contractors across multiple locations including recruitment, overseeing holiday, sick and leave, performance reviews and any HR issues that arise.
Administrative support to the principal's wife, children and other family members will also be required where needed including liaising closely with schools and arranging all relevant documentation and managing event RSVP and invite lists for a very busy social calender.

Previous experience with property management and working within the private offices of UHNWI's is a MUST! The UHNW Co-Founder is in need of an experienced assistant to maximise their networking potential and efficiently manage their personal affairs. The role which is predominantly private focused involves tracking and managing multiple business and personal contacts, overseeing the principal's daily schedule and serving as a knowledgeable resource for research and reminders.
Duties will include; manage extensive global travel arrangements and complex itineraries for the principal, sometimes at a moment's notice. Research the best prices, negotiate deals where possible, and research preferred destinations and experiences. Coordinate the principal's diary, optimising private meetings and appointments. Provide personal lifestyle management and oversee the management of the principal's London home and household staff - including overseeing home renovations, ensuring proper functioning of home tech systems, and effectively communicating operating procedures to the principal.Manage multiple personal bank accounts, including paying invoices, investigating unknown transactions, updating bank balances, and addressing any banking matters.
The Principal also has a much loved small dog which you will also be required to assist with including; manage dog care, including treatments, veterinary appointments, and occasionally traveling with the dog to the country where the principal is located
The Principal is very focused on the business element and is self sufficient in this regard but ad hoc business duties such as diary and meeting management, arranging travel and assisting with drafting documents and emails as well as keeping him abreast of any urgent matters that may arise.
