The role will include:-

Managing phone calls emails and correspondence on behalf of the team and allocating where appropriate.

Managing meetings, room bookings, catering and assisting with presentation material.

Assisting with typing and editing documents, processing translations and management of expenses.

Assisting Senior Partners/Partners with diary management. Undertaking research as requested.

General administration and ad hoc duties

One of our longstanding and top clients is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join their very friendly and inclusive team. With stunning offices in the West End, this is a real opportunity for someone with two years plus experience in a similar role or Team Assistant position to take the next step and progress into a PA role that offers much opportunity to learn and grow. You will be supporting a small team with PA duties; coordinating domestic and worldwide meetings, full coordination of the Principals diaries, arranging international travel and logistics and assist with document production and management.

You will be reviewing detailed documents and liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority so excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
