An opportunity has arisen to support this prominent UHNW businessman in his Brussels office as an Executive PA.
Covering his business matters 70% with some private support 30% based full time in the office alongside a private focused assistant you will be scheduling appointments, booking meetings and ensuring time efficiency. Heavy travel arrangements for all of Europe including itineraries and logistics. Working closely with the European team daily and co-ordinating to ensure things run smoothly and the logistics working. Producing top level documents, managing expenses, daily inbox management and flagging priorities, gatekeeping to personal appointments and administrative needs.
You will be Fluent in English & French. The right to work in Brussels (EU) is essential however relocation costs will be allocated if you are not presently based in the area.
You will be flexible to support out of hours, sharing the 24/7 nature of the role with the Private PA. You will be experienced in a similar role, and comfortable with the duties as stated, preferred is 10+ years experience and be of graduate calibre.

An amazing role has arisen for a hands on Chief of Staff used to working for an UHNW family with high standards and expectations. This is mainly a lifestyle management role with property renovations both in the UK and abroad for luxury homes. Excellent experience of property, top level renovations and dealing with lawyers, architects and trades on various property matters. Top logistics skills the family travel 4 months of the year and you will fly ahead to the residence or the yacht to make sure all is in order and any remedial work or goods are ready for their arrival (family with children + staff). You will organise their complex travel from door to door and do preliminary research on trips etc. They also charter the yacht when not in use. You will have worked at an international level and feel relaxed and informed with regard to their requests. Some assistance within the Household and staff will be required to keep things running smoothly (they have a well running team at present)
