Chief of Staff - UK with travel.  

Looking for an experienced CofS able to travel internationally with the Principal of a British Family Office with extensive investments/Property holdings.  

A true professional with standing and a demonstrated background supporting an UHNW as a CofS for 3 years+ will be expected.  

The role is UK based but the demands of this role will need you to be free to travel easily and sometimes for extended periods of time.

The role is open to EA's living in London/Europe as well United Arab Emirates.

Initial interviews will be held via Teams and then possibly in London.

HNW family of 3 are looking for a kind natured, knowledgeable, and passionate nanny to join them on a live in or live our basis, to care for their first baby who will be around 4 months at the start of the position. He has been cared for by a maternity nurse up until this point, the baby is in a really great routine and Mum is hands on. The afternoons are generally where they need the most support with the day-to-day routine. Once covid allows the parents are keen for the nanny to book clubs and classes and encourage socialising with other children.
Educationally stimulating the child is key to the family, the parents are academics and keen to be kept up to date with all the latest studies and research to ensure they are giving their son the best care possible. So, a nanny interested in development and studies would be advantageous.

The ideal nanny will be qualified, with a loving but structured approach.
Nursery duties relating to the baby are part of this role - sterilising bottles and toys, keeping on top of his wardrobe and clothing, weaning and meal preps etc.
There will be travel involved when covid allows, including trips for up to 5 weeks at a time, so the nanny must be happy and flexible to go on these trips. The nanny must have either an EU Passport, be a Swizz citizen and hold a Swiss C permit to be able to work and live in Switzerland.
The family are open to this being a live out role if you are local to Zug in Switzerland, but also happy to consider a live-in arrangement where you will be provided your own bedroom and a shared bathroom with the baby.
Location: Zug, Switzerland (approx. 35 mins to Zurich)
Starting: April/May 2021
Hours: 5-6 days per week, 6-8 hours a day with flexibility

Private PA (with good business skills) is needed by this UHNW based in Monaco.  Fluent French (bi-lingual preferred) is essential to be considered for this role.  A cv demonstrating experience supporting UHNW in all aspects is required (3-5 years+).  This is a role for a career orientated EA who has supported 24/7 and used to the demands and level of requirement a role of this nature would need.  Office based and visiting the home when required you will be familiar liaising with a fully staffed household and assisting with the recruitment of staff also.  Managing all personal appointments and schedules for the Principal and family.  Dealing with extensive & complex luxury travel and itineraries (where staff travel in advance of destination).  Leisure & event co-ordination.  Managing inventories and dealing with purchases, invoices and expenses.  Good research skills and aware of latest innovations etc.  Well presented and spoken with a positive and helpful personality, always willing to go the extra mile. One month's accommodation would be provided + travel expenses until you find your apartment within commuting distance of Monaco (with the assistance of the Chief of Staff).  A knowledge of Monaco would be advantageous.  Total discretion and confidentiality is essential (NDA) excellent emotional intelligence and a great team player who makes relationships easily and treats everyone with respect within the household.  Top opportunity for an experienced EA wanting an interesting and demanding role at the highest level.  Salary paid net
