The role is open to EA's living in London/Europe as well United Arab Emirates.

Top technology skills and awareness and a modern and informed manner of working is essential. You will be required to have worked at CEO or Principal level in a fast paced and sometimes demanding role before and able to commit for the long term. The package will include relocation if you are not residing in Dubai and a top benefits package including housing allowance, return ticket for holiday/visit home, interest free loan and assistance in finding an apartment with 1 month paid within a hotel whilst relocating. A high IQ is essential and able to discuss matters with the CEO and support in all matters with various Boards, meetings, minute taking, extensive diary and travel on an international level, logistics and making the top use of his time. Diplomatic and charming with a top world view having worked on an international level before you will be comfortable working with many different nationalities and cultures. Lovely family of 3 are looking for an experienced and hands on housekeeper who likes children. Ideally they are looking for someone local to Zug who can work on a live out basis Monday to Friday around 11am – 5/6pm with flexibility. Helping out at dinner parties and occasional travel with the family would be a bonus but not essential.
The house is informal day to day, but the candidate must be happy to work in semi and formal environments too.
The property is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, there is a cleaner who comes in twice a month to deep clean but you will be the sole housekeeper and be happy to work autonomously.
Responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to:
- All high level cleaning and laundry with good ironing skills
- Experience working with expensive furnishing including marble, slate, wood and antiques
- You must be a good cook who can help maintain a freezer stash of weaning food for their baby boy who is around 4 months old currently.
- Clean baby bottles, prep dinner ingredients, general tidying, washing and storing seasonal baby items
- Updating supply inventory for cleaning supplies etc.
- Help pack/unpack as needed, cleaning terrace fabrics (as needed in summer, at start/end of season), , occasional cleaning of appliances, etc.)
The family are looking for someone experienced, cheerful and baby friendly. Happy to adapt with a vert discrete nature.
You must reside locally and be eligible to work in Switzerland.
Salary range offered – will depend on experience but 20-30 CHF per hour.

Private PA (with good business skills) is needed by this UHNW based in Monaco. Fluent French (bi-lingual preferred) is essential to be considered for this role. A cv demonstrating experience supporting UHNW in all aspects is required (3-5 years+). This is a role for a career orientated EA who has supported 24/7 and used to the demands and level of requirement a role of this nature would need. Office based and visiting the home when required you will be familiar liaising with a fully staffed household and assisting with the recruitment of staff also. Managing all personal appointments and schedules for the Principal and family. Dealing with extensive & complex luxury travel and itineraries (where staff travel in advance of destination). Leisure & event co-ordination. Managing inventories and dealing with purchases, invoices and expenses. Good research skills and aware of latest innovations etc. Well presented and spoken with a positive and helpful personality, always willing to go the extra mile. One month's accommodation would be provided + travel expenses until you find your apartment within commuting distance of Monaco (with the assistance of the Chief of Staff). A knowledge of Monaco would be advantageous. Total discretion and confidentiality is essential (NDA) excellent emotional intelligence and a great team player who makes relationships easily and treats everyone with respect within the household.
