A busy family living in Manhattan, NYC is looking for a live-in weekend nanny to join them from September and help with their little boy, born in April 2022.
The role will be Friday through to Sunday evening / Monday morning and will be shared between NYC and the Hamptons, where the family has a holiday home.
General nanny duties will be required, a good knowledge of children under 1 is a must.
German-speaker would be a bonus for the role, though experience is the most important!

A busy family based in Lisbon is looking for a fun and passionate nanny to join them and help with their little boy who is 14 months old.
Both parents have a busy schedule throughout the week - international travel will be needed.
General nanny duties will be required on a daily basis - organise fun and educational activities, prepare healthy and balanced meals, focus on his development, etc...
Ideally, the family would love to find someone already based in the Lisbon area who would be able to work on a live-out basis, but live-in would be considered for the right person.
On most days, your working hours will be 7am - 7pm, unless you are travelling, or the parents have an event that day (in which case they might need some overnight cover).
EU passport is a must for this role, as the position is mostly based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Live in Housekeeper for family in Amsterdam
Family of 3 are seeking a switched on and proactive housekeeper to join them on a live in full time basis.
You must be child friendly as there are 2 children, aged 7 & 9 and the housekeeper will need to assist with school runs and after school activities.
The property is a large 5/6 bedroom home spread over 4 floors, in a wonderful central canal location in Amsterdam.
As the housekeeper you will be responsible for:
- Daily cleaning, tidying and organising
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Changing bed linens and towels
- Buying groceries and other provisions for the house
- Running errands (dry cleaner, post office etc)
- Taking the children to and from school if Mum is unable to
- Handle expensive artwork and vintage items correctly
- Knowledge of the right cleaning products to use
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a housekeeper within private homes or luxury yachts
- Enjoy being part of a family environment
- Have a helpful, hardworking and proactive work attitude
The accommodation is a self-contained studio apartment (bedroom, bathroom, living/kitchen area) within the main property’s courtyard area.
The working week will generally be 50 -55 hours a week over 5 or 5.5 days depending on the families schedule and if they are in residence or not.
Salary: 30,000 – 42,000 euros, depending on individual experience

Private PA - (Travelling to Dubai)
Supporting an UHNW in Central London with maybe a couple of trips to Dubai a year to assist the Principal with projects/property matters. Flexibility is key and some knowledge of Dubai and all that it has to offer is a major plus. When in Dubai an apartment or hotel will be provided during your stay there. You must have experience as a dedicated Private PA for 4-5 years+ to be considered for this role.
Based in London the majority of the year with easy access to Mayfair to support the Principal with a wide range of duties, your flexibility and experience as a Private PA will come to the fore. The Principal has a love of fashion and latest trends and you will be asked to shop occasionally and liaise with the personal stylist from time to time.
Well spoken and presented with a helpful personality is essential and a wide knowledge of London with regard to venues, restaurants, gallery openings and events.
The role will require that you have good tech skills and able to put together a PowerPoint presentation/Excel spreadsheet as the Principal will be getting involved in different ventures that you will be involved with.
A bright and positive nature and accustomed to supporting UHNW/HNW with an understanding of the level of support that is required.
Running a constantly changing diary and travel schedule (commercial and private jet) and happy to roll up your sleeves to run errands, purchase luxury items and plan a busy forward diary with the Principal.
Courteous with a top can do attitude is essential for this role. Able to liaise with household staff preparing arrivals of the Principal when required. Flexible with regard to last minute requests and changes and happy to travel on short notice occasionally.

This position is a live in role working on a 2 week on / off rota system with one other full time valet. The position is based in Central London with regular travel internationally. Accommodation provided in London and when traveling.
The ideal Valet will be well presented, proactive, possess a good sense of humour and have an exceptional eye for detail. You will need to have good knowledge of luxury clothing and wardrobe management.
Your duties as a valet will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the wardrobe and caring for fine clothing
- Packing & unpacking suitcases for travel
- Polishing shoes
- Ironing shorts and ensuring the right clothing is pulled for each day
- Errand running, personal shopping
- On occasion you maybe be asked to serve food and beverages
This is a fully staffed household, so a team player is key. Spanish or French speaking a bonus!
Salary: £40,000 GPA
