Business Assistant
More heavily involved in the business of the company and usually degree standard within an academic subject with excellent financial acumen and a demonstrated background working at CEO/Founding Partner level as a right-hand support.  Business Assistants can advance to Chief of Staff within an organisation or Family Office.

Executive Assistant/PA
A versatile and intelligent EA who can assist with projects as well as the day to day diary, travel and administration. Many specialise within a certain field such as Private Equity, luxury goods or supporting an Entrepreneur.  They excel in their role because of their expertise in their chosen field.  Many have C Suite/Board level experience and are highly educated with an additional language.

Office Manager
A vital part of many offices, acting as a lynchpin and the “go to” individual.  Multi – talented with excellent IT skills, highly organised with excellent forward planning ability.  Many Office Managers have engineered complex office moves, handled the office budget & invoices and carried out HR duties and recruitment also.

Bi-Lingual PA
A vital part of our multi-cultural City or for an UHNW with a residence or business here or abroad that would require French, German, Italian, Russian, Mandarin etc.  The PA’s level of English would be excellent and again, many specialise in a certain field such as the Arts, Fashion, Private Equity or supporting a private household.

Junior PA
A valuable and highly resourceful individual who supports the senior EA/PA with work overflow, allowing the senior EA’s time to be used as efficiently as possible and enabling them to focus on more pressing business requirements. A Junior PA can also be relied upon to step in as cover for the EA when they are not available. Many Junior PA’s are recent graduates or have undergone secretarial training with organisations such as Quest or Pitmans. 

Team Assistant
A vital and integral part of a company that manages workflow and administration for more senior employees. Team Assistants will often support several fee earners and are required to have excellent multi-tasking ability as well as being able to prioritise under pressure. This additional support can be hugely valuable when meeting deadlines or enabling projects to be delivered on time. Working within a team requires a positive and collaborative approach.

HR Administrator 
An entry level role for those wishing to embark on their HR career, commencing in a generalist or specialised field candidates will have a strong interest in HR perhaps having studied Human Resources, Psychology or CPID Level 3 or above. Administrative experience is usually required for the individual to support their organisation with the preparation of offer letters and contracts including changes of employment, new starter checklist completions including evidence of right to work in the UK to referencing for new hires,  updating HRIS, benefits administration, off-boarding to general administrative tasks such as filing and HR team inbox management. They will be trusted dealing with confidential information, ensure a great degree of accuracy and be able to work under pressure. 

HR Assistant/ HR Officer/ HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner/ HR Manager/ HR Director 
These roles vary greatly from business to business.
