Experienced Chief of Staff - UHNW Household (5 years+ as a CofS or Operations Manager is required)

We are looking for a dynamic CofS who can lead by example to head up this busy international household with 20+ household staff.  a CV demonstrating at least 5 years in a senior CofS role/or Operations within an UHNW Household is essential.  This can be a demanding out of hours role with lots of changes and demands so you will have held a role where you juggle multiple requests and changes of schedule.

UHNW background is essential and experience overseeing a high level of staff from housekeepers to house managers and chefs etc.  Excellent with budgets and reports and able to produce a comprehensive report on expenditure on a monthly basis.

Project manage any household repairs/purchases and necessary requirements.  Negotiating with suppliers and keeping up to date with current trends.  Research for the Principals on both business and personal matters.  Dealing with service provider for technology for the household and security matters.

Dealing with the management of a high level art collection and all insurances required for the household.

Managing and overseeing inventories of high value goods within the household.

Event management and planning liaising with household staff and Private PA

This is an opportunity to use all of your skills and bring order to the household in a calm and professional manner.  You will have top communication skills and used to working out of hours when required, highly organised and able to build trusted relationships quickly and effectively.

Executive Assistant Business/Private UHNW Founder Green Park

Executive Assistant to support this charming and very successful Founding Partner in Private Equity & Investments. The boss is very entrepreneurial and in much demand.  A background at CEO level and above within finance, investments or Family Office is needed, or an UHNW entrepreneur within a high level business involvement.  The role is Hybrid when the boss is travelling and he does not come in on Friday (so there is some flex on work from home there)  Busy inclusive office of 45+ and a great working culture with colleagues.

Covering both business and private support on a 50/50 split.  Able move from business to private seamlessly and keep ahead of the game.  A CV demonstrating UHNW private support is essential for this role.

Based in lovely offices near Green Park you will be involved in all aspects of this dynamos' life and business.  A CV demonstrating 10 years+ experience and a good split between business and private (Private for UHNW and understanding the expectations at this level).  Embedded in a team of 40+ this is a collegiate office with a great working culture and atmosphere.  You will be an exemplary gate-keeper with charm and be able to make a good working relationship quickly.  A good sense of humour and a real interest in your role is essential.  There will be some out of hours when needed and you will have worked for an individual of this level and requirement within investments in the past and love your role and the responsibility it brings.  The boss is modern and inclusive but with high standards and you will be able to work quickly and accurately.

Full responsibility for diary management and extensive travel and itineraries (including private jet).  Managing communications internally and externally.  Keeping an ever changing to do list and providing documents and research before meetings.  Able to prioritise to free up time for the Founder and providing clear agendas for the week/month. Organise Board meetings and management of papers.  Attending meetings when required.  Organising complex itineraries and schedules, presentations and follow up notes.

Assisting with Family travel and commitments including holidays and private jets.  Research on events. Assisting with international and London properties (UK, USA & Europe).  Assisting with household staff when required across the properties.  Dealing with insurances and auctions, private members clubs.  Organising all private appointments and meetings.  Arranging dinners, lunches and private parties.

This dynamic, welcoming boutique investment team (with a focus in tech) seek an experienced Receptionist/Team Assistant, who is looking for their next step onto becoming a PA, to join them in their office in Mayfair.

Joining the support team working alongside a wonderful EA who supports the Founders, and two other Executive Assistants, you will support the smooth running of the front of house, office and support the wider team with PA support being trained to grow on this side of the role. A wonderful role for someone who enjoys variety, and true involvement, and seeks growth long term.

You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience (the more the merrier) supporting a team as a Receptionist or Team Assistant, ideally from a fast paced environment, Investments, finance/banking backgrounds would be preferred, love supporting multiple people, be educated to A-level or equivalent and above, hold strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, be well presented and spoken, be confident in your abilities and always be willing to support with the administrative tasks that come your way.
