TEMPORARY PRIVATE CHEF NEEDED - JESÚS, IBIZA
Dates: 4th-19th August 2025
We are looking for a Spanish / English speaking chef, based in Ibiza for our clients trip in August. The family are looking for a warm, highly capable private chef to join an experienced household team in Jesús, Ibiza, supporting a UHNW family. You will have help from the family chef based at the main villa and lead the kitchen at a second, private residence - formerly a restaurant - which now serves as an intimate entertaining space for relaxed lunches and small gatherings.

Key Details:

• Location: Jesús, Ibiza (must be island-based with own accommodation)
• Dates: 4th-19th August
• Schedule: Flexibility is key
• Rate: €400 per day
• Trials: In June when the family next visit Ibiza

Ideal Candidate:

• Already based in Ibiza (preferred)
• Fluent Spanish speaker with good English
• Must drive and be confident sourcing fresh local, organic produce
• Warm, grounded, and able to hit the ground running in a discreet UHNW environment
• Comfortable collaborating with other staff

Style of Cooking:

• Relaxed, organic, and health-focused
• Not Michelin/fine dining - for inspiration, the clients love eating out at Nobu, Cala Jondal, La Paloma, La Oliva, 10.7 Formentera, Beso Beach etc
• Light, beautiful, nourishing food with clean presentation - no foams or heavy sauces!

Guests & Gatherings:

• Mix of adults and children
• Must be able to confidently cater for occasional larger gatherings (up to 30 people) across the period - BBQs, beautiful sharing platters etc.
• Informal, summery, stylish atmosphere
