Management of an extremely busy diary and changing priorities you will have outstanding priority/planning skills. Managing all business and personal travel including multi destinations/private jets/yachts etc. Planning interesting and diverse events for the company UK and overseas and luxury private events. Planning meetings and taking minutes. Maintaining contact database and processing invoices and expenses.
The CEO has a charitable foundation also that you will be involved with.
A demonstrated track record at CEO level is essential with a meticulous approach and top eye for detail in a very fast paced working environment. A top organiser, agile and flexible, reactive and responsive and able to manage shifting priorities. Strong work ethic and able to work calmly under pressure. 2nd language German or Spanish. Strong leadership skills and experience supervising staff.
This role is office based with flexibility to assist the CEO out of hours including week-ends.

Chief of Staff - UHNW Household (Mayfair)
An experienced and talented Chief of Staff is being sought by this international UHNW Family with a magnificent residence in Mayfair. A large complement of staff + security and a high profile lifestyle.

You will show a background as a Chief of Staff/Head of Operations within a luxury fully staffed household and have involvement in every aspect of the Principals lives from overseeing the running of this residence to assisting with overseas properties, personal investments, insurances, cars & artwork and valuables. Assisting with extended family and becoming a trusted right hand. The Principals are involved in different businesses and you will act as a lynchpin to the household and the Principal. Budget management and growing involvement as trust is achieved. There may be a business side to this role that you will be involved with also, so involvement in a business aspect within one of your roles would be a major plus.

Chief of Staff - Family Office (Central London)
A top role has arisen for a polished an accomplished individual with an in depth background supporting an UHNW family with large property holdings both in the UK and abroad (Essential). This will be an all encompassing and absorbing role on a 24/7 basis. Career orientated and 8/10 years+ at senior level within a Family Office or for an UHNW individual with wide business and personal involvements. A demonstrated background overseeing, hiring and managing Household staff in varying locations is essential and a good HR overview of current legislation. Leading a Team of 5 support staff within the family office and acting as interface between the Principals and various divisions in the company. Hiring for office support staff also.
Dealing with all lifestyle management for the Principals and overseeing security within the homes and whilst travelling. Dealing with all HNW inventories and art collections and management of credit cards and liaison with accountant. This is an extremely hands on role where you must lead by example and tackle every day needs and requirements of the family and have a roll up the sleeves and muck in attitude. Happy to sort out the small as well as the big requests and expectations will be part of this role. The family are down to earth with practical needs as well as UHNW lifestyle so you are happy to go from the sublime to the ridiculous! An UNHW family are looking for an experienced driver, estate houseman to join their family team, based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire SL8.
The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, discreet, proactive and highly motivated. They will be quick to learn, adapt, pragmatic and show good problem-solving skills. Local knowledge of Buckinghamshire will prove advantageous. The individual will have a proven track record working in this field and will have at least 2 years’ experience working for an HNW/UHNW family. This is a young family of 4, with 2 children.
The polished and professional candidate will have driving knowledge of both the local Buckinghamshire area and Central London, as well as valeting and driving super cars, including Ferraris.
The role requires flexibility with the individual happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved with the team of staff as and when needed. No two days will be the same and a can-do attitude is essential! The individual will be responsible for providing and assisting in the day to day running of the household, whilst maintaining high standards and efficiency.
• Driving the family around Buckinghamshire, into and around Central London usually in a Mercedes Viano, but you will be required to shuttle the principals super cars to various storage facilities.
• Be a qualified, skilled driver with knowledge and experience driving a number of high-performance vehicles
• Must ensure that all vehicles are maintained and kept immaculate at all times
• Comfortable driving, cleaning and detailing luxury cars
• Representing the family as a first point of contact for guests, contractors and suppliers (and arranging necessary NDA’s before visits)
• Assisting with sourcing local suppliers, contractors (local knowledge is beneficial)
• Working closely with the family PA to ensure smooth daily running and assisting with errands in the area
• Working as part of a team (family PA and 2 housekeepers)
• Overseeing contractors on site
• Working outside and with handywork/gardening
• Running local errands for the family
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
HOURS: 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) during summer holidays there needs to be some flexibility. Core hours are likely to be Monday to Friday 7.30-7.30 or 8-8, a flexible nature is key for this role.
SALARY: Live out up to £45,000 for the right candidate - you must live within 10 minutes of the family’s home
Live in a salary of £35,000 will be offered and a separate part furnished 1 bed flat in the local village about 5 mins away from the main home.

Private PA (with good business skills) is needed by this UHNW based in Monaco. Fluent French (bi-lingual preferred) is essential to be considered for this role. A cv demonstrating experience supporting UHNW in all aspects is required (3-5 years+). This is a role for a career orientated EA who has supported 24/7 and used to the demands and level of requirement a role of this nature would need. Office based and visiting the home when required you will be familiar liaising with a fully staffed household and assisting with the recruitment of staff also. Managing all personal appointments and schedules for the Principal and family. Dealing with extensive & complex luxury travel and itineraries (where staff travel in advance of destination). Leisure & event co-ordination. Managing inventories and dealing with purchases, invoices and expenses. Good research skills and aware of latest innovations etc. Well presented and spoken with a positive and helpful personality, always willing to go the extra mile. One month's accommodation would be provided + travel expenses until you find your apartment within commuting distance of Monaco (with the assistance of the Chief of Staff). A knowledge of Monaco would be advantageous.
