Receptionist

Due to promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an articulate, well presented and experienced Receptionist to join this highly successful European private investment firm.

You will have the responsibility of welcoming guests to the offices, answering incoming calls, organising video, external and office based meetings, organising refreshments and sundries for guests, manage the company mailbox, postal duties, running errands, stationery and supply orders, and support the EA/Team Assistants with diary management and travel arrangements.

The ideal role for someone with a no task is too small mentality who is willing to help with the basics and can rise to a challenge.

Joining and supporting the existing team of 55 to include senior leadership, office, household and private staff. You will be offered a hybrid working pattern in the office each week and a collaborative working environment where your support is valued.

Strong experience as a HR Manager is essential, preferably from a Family or Private Office where you have been responsible for Household Staff with HNW/UHNW employers. You will be qualified for the role and have your degree and or masters in HR or be CIPD qualified to a similar level with up to date knowledge of U.K. employment law and best practice. This position is a live in role working on a 2 week on / off rota system with one other full time valet.  The position is based in Central London with regular travel internationally. Accommodation provided in London and when traveling.

The ideal Valet will be well presented, proactive, possess a good sense of humour and have an exceptional eye for detail. You will need to have good knowledge of luxury clothing and wardrobe management.

 

Your duties as a valet will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the wardrobe and caring for fine clothing
  • Packing & unpacking suitcases for travel
  • Polishing shoes
  • Ironing shorts and ensuring the right clothing is pulled for each day
  • Errand running, personal shopping
  • On occasion you maybe be asked to serve food and beverages

This is a fully staffed household, so a team player is key. Spanish or French speaking a bonus!

 

Salary: £40,000 GPA

Start date: ASAP / by mid-September 2022

Housekeeper required in Belgravia buy a busy family of 4.

Our client living in a large 8 bedroom townhouse in Belgravia is looking for a proactive and highly experienced housekeeper to work alongside one other to ensure the house is kept in top condition at all times.

The house is over 6 floors and there is a for access to 4 of them. Together with the other housekeeper (placed by Leaman Consulting) you will work as equals in a team and be responsible for all hands on high level housekeeping, laundry and ironing for the family.

As the housekeeper you must be kind, discrete, hardworking and child and animal friendly.

Experience of working within a large London home would be helpful. The family are looking for a housekeeper who is one step ahead and able to slot into the team and family well.

Hours: Monday to Friday, possible weekend work available. 8-10 hours a day.

Location: Belgravia

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on individual experience

Must have checkable references and up to date DBS
