A truly once in a lifetime role for an astute and experienced EA with a background in film, entertainment or high level journalism within entertainment or film.  Working remotely (Principal spends half his time in LA and travels extensively also) and partly in London. Able to travel Europe & Scandinavia when required on projects with the Principal and be a true right hand throughout.  Career driven and dedicated you will be degree standard with top English skills and able to proof read scripts assist with copywriting and editing and strategize for future top level projects within the film/entertainment world.  Able to add value and be involved also as a development assistant.

You will have the ability to innovate and change schedules and requirements at the drop of a hat and be able to anticipate those changes before they arrive.  An in depth knowledge of the film industry/entertainment is needed and a knowledge of the way things work in the industry.  You will have the confidence to liaise at the highest level and be involved with meeting these individuals and high profile  A List personalities when required.  Outstanding personal presentation and your own gravitas this is an essential role for the Principal and you will grow quickly in the role to a high level of trust and responsibility.

Monitoring emails and flagging up important issues, drafting responses and being a charming gatekeeper.

Running a demanding travel schedule for the Principal with multiple changes and stop overs (you do not have to do many of the trips)  Keeping in constant contact incase of flight changes/delays/Covid requirements.  Running a hugely busy and changeable diary taking into account various time zones when travelling.  High level liaison with the Los Angeles Executive Assistant to synchronize the Principal's schedule and life.  Some private support when the Principal is travelling to assist when necessary (not extensive)

This is a dynamic role for a dynamic EA with a background in Film/Entertainment/Journalism at the highest level (CEO/Film Director/Founding level) and able to produce outstanding written documents, proof read scripts, copy writing and dealing with press requests.

This family of 4 are seeking a very experienced and qualified nanny, ideally with an early years teaching background to care for their 2 girls ages 3 & 5.
The main focus of the nannies role is to understands how children develop and what to do to support their development and learning. This is a new role where you will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times. You will head up a small household team of 5 members and work in conjunction with the principal and families EA to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating all related private household matters
  • Household administration including paying invoices, online purchasing and recording all payments
  • Engaging and overseeing outside contractors, service providers and suppliers; competition quotes obtained on annual contracts and comparisons made
  • Annual performance audit of contractors
  • Identifying and ensuring that any maintenance issues are dealt with; monitoring quality and deadlines for works done and service provided
  • Daily visual checking of both inside & outside the house
  • Overseeing and managing household staff including payroll/pension management and performance reviews
  • Staff training and development
  • Managing personal travel and diaries
  • Working with the Principal’s Business EA to coordinate family and business diaries

UHNW family are seeking an experienced private chef to join their family on a live out basis (live in when travelling over the summer). You will  be working 5 days a week including weekends, with your 2 days off in the week.

Family of 3 are looking for an experienced professional family chef to work 5 days a week cooking healthy Mediterranean meals and snacks. You will be responsible for creating menus, ordering and ensuring the apartment is well stocked.  

When not on cooking duties the family requires the kitchen tidy and additional very light housekeeping (hoover carpet, tidy around) when the full time housekeeper is off.

 

The family travels for up to 1.5 months to Austria in the winter and for up to 2 months to Turkey in the summer. It is required for the chef to travel (as well as the rest of the team). Accommodation provided and all expenses paid for.

 

In London the accommodation is in separate staff flat, where you will have your own double en-suite bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are occupied by the housekeeper & nanny.

VIP family in central London are looking for a nanny to care for their 3 children aged 9, 8 and 6 years old. 
During term time you will be required to work afternoons, then holidays will be spent either abroad or at their country home where the nanny will be required to live in and work full days.
