Art Administrator/Logistics - Mayfair.  A lovely role has arisen for a degree standard Administrator with 1-2 years+ experience within the Art world within the administration side of the business.  The role is office based in Mayfair (there is no gallery) as the Principals are Art Brokers and all art is viewed remotely on line or by photos.  Working within a small team of 4 (Finance/Ops/Registrar/Sales.  This is a role to learn and grow in.  Your focus, administration skills and eye for details must be superb.

Supporting the Registrar (charming and hard working)  in all aspects of the logistics and administration needed to ship pieces of art all over the world.  Logistics/project driven the operations will be deadline driven and all admin/logistics have to be in place from pick up to final delivery.  The clients are museums, HNW individuals and art collectors.

Controlling data base & invoicing system, tracking stock and keeping inventories.  Working across time zones and assisting with deal flow/portfolios.  Learning the tax implications and shipping methods for various pieces and projects.

Very friendly and supportive team who socialise together.  Confident with a positive and helpful personality this is a great role to learn and grow in.  Some support may be needed to assist the Sales Manager when on holiday/office sick etc.  A good mind for logistics, capable and wanting to contribute from day one.

The Principals are UHNW with high standards so you will be on the ball and happy to take a call out of hours now and again.
