This long established and highly successful boutique property investment company near Sloane Square are searching for an Executive Assistant/Secretary to support their Chairman and Finance Director.
A welcoming team of 20 with a helpful and willing culture. They have hybrid working in place and work 2 days a week from home (Mon/Tues) and spend 3 days together in the office (Wed/Thurs/Friday).
They are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant /Secretary - 10/15/20 years experience preferred. You will, alongside the experience, be confident taking minutes at meetings, have exceptional attention to detail, top spelling and grammar skills, MS Office skills and be an excellent communicator.
Daily you will assist with diary management, meeting organisation, inbox management, time management, travel arrangements, personal appointments and diary scheduling for the Chairman, drafting correspondence and creating documentation, adhoc minute taking, gatekeeping, expenses and all tasks to ensure the smooth running of your Chairman and FDs day.
