Executive PA to UHNW CEO - W8 (Central Line)

An experienced Project HRBP is sought to join this registered charity for a 6-9 months fixed term period (with possible extension - dependent on candidate preference). Start date is flexible as Jan/Feb 2022 dependent on availability.
Underpinned by the HRD and HRM you will run a complex salary benchmarking and job evaluation project for this multi-site organisation. During a time of change in the organisation, you will assist in shaping their competency frameworks and in time go on to support in other projects should you wish.
You will have an analytical mind, be confident in taking meetings with employees and line managers for assessment face to face (COVID safety guidelines permitting) and zoom meetings across multiple sites in London (sites outside of London which include Sheffield and Birmingham can be zoom only). Be confident in preparing and supporting in the creation of job descriptions and ultimately assisting with the creation of a proposal for salary banding/benchmarking across the organisation.
An interesting project for a hands on HRBP with flexibility. The standard hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with early finishes on a Friday, though these hours may need to be flexed around line manager and employee meetings on occasion. You will be happy to travel if needed across London (mainly NW London) and you will be confident liaising with all levels in an organisation with ease and diplomacy.

This boutique and very successful global Private Investment company based in Soho are looking for an experienced EA/PA to join their friendly and welcoming team (of approx 25) in London to support their 5 Partners.
This is initially a maternity cover for approx 10-12 months with possible extension.
They offer hybrid working (2 days from home/ 3 in the office), the standard hours of 9-6, 25 days holiday and discretionary bonus.
Supporting the Partners of the firm (they have an EA to the Managing Partner and a Team Assistant you will work alongside) you will assist with extensive diary management, inbox management, travel and accommodation (mainly Europe), gatekeeping, meeting organisation, document management including creating presentations, project support and more.
An interesting and varied role for someone who is ready to start working ASAP. You will have PA experience supporting to senior level, enjoy supporting multiple people, be tech savvy particularly in Ms Office and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Financial services background would be advantageous though all professional services environments will be considered. Willingness, PA skill-set and experience is paramount.

A highly skilled, flexible and willing Private PA is sought for this likeable and busy family working from their Family Office in the City. This is an office based role with regular errand running so you will be easily able to commute to the City daily. The office hours are 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday only, some out of hours support. Overall, a good work/life balance.
Personality is key for this role – you will have a sunny disposition, no task is too small, be used to juggling multiple tasks and be looking to be a part of this small team who help each other at every turn. Certainly a busy and engaging role where you will be respected and rewarded for your loyalty and hard work. You will have top MS office skills, Excel is used daily, and you will be comfortable working with numbers/data entry and heavy expenses management, have demonstrable PA, Team Assistant or similar experience ideally in a private capacity.
Supporting with tasks such as scheduling appointments, leisure bookings, event management, personal shopping and gift purchasing, liaising with household staff and organising rotas, household bills for multiple properties (UK and abroad), heavy expenses management, multi-stop domestic and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodations and transport links (to include private jet scheduling), household post, run errands, assisting with the management of a fleet of cars and more!
