The family are looking for a professional and highly experienced overseas Nanny who enjoys arts & crafts, imagine play and is happy to get down to the child's level and involved in playing, as well as have the ability to provide structured activities to enhance the child's developmental stages and learning. 

This is a fully staffed, formal VIP household and the family are looking for a friendly, well presented, professional Nanny who works well in a team and is happy working in a busy environment.

You will accompany the family on frequent trips abroad (typically 2-3 months in the summer, plus 1-3 week trips throughout the year) to various European and US locations.

Accommodation: own bedroom & bathroom.

Russian or Ukrainian Speaking Maternity Nurse Needed for Professional Family in Surrey

Lovely first-time parents are looking for an experienced and caring maternity nurse to join their home in Surrey.
You will be responsible for everything related to the baby (due mid-Feb 2020), ensuring that the baby's needs are met. You must be friendly, easy going and professional with experience working in a similar role within a private household. This is a live-in role, working 6 days a week providing round the clock cover for 4-6 months, potential to be long-term if both sides are happy.

Duties may include:
- Advising on and helping parents with feeding the baby (breast and bottle)
- Responsible for the physical needs of the baby, which includes bathing, changing, settling, and taking care of the baby's laundry, nursery and equipment.
- Establish a form of routine when it comes to the baby’s feeding and sleeping patterns
- Provide advice on any baby related issues that may arise
- General helping where needed, a real muck in attitude needed
- Travel to the Maldives in May 2020

You will have previous experience working as a professional House Manager and able to assist the client in recruiting other household staff. You will be a full time House Manager (accommodation within the main house) ideally with some butler/service skills as well. You will be the real eyes and ears for the client when they are not in the UK and able to liaise with members of staff, the office and contractors etc. experience of handling household budgets and clients household finance needs. You will be involved with creating and maintaining household manuals and procedures to ensure the household is ran to a top standard at all times.

The family will require additional staff when they are here permanently and they will look to you to work with them to advise on what is needed to run the house efficiently.

The Principal and his Family have recently moved to Hampshire to be closer to the grandchildren, and the Family are looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper to join the team.

You will work alongside a House Manager and another live-out Housekeeper.  

This is a long-term position to a respectful, successful and low-key Family, with strong values.

Property – This is the main home for the Principal, his wife, and his elderly parents. From time to time there will also be visiting family members.

  • 7 bedroom main house with an adjoining annex for grandparents, and a residential stable block
  • 17 Acres of grounds, which include landscaped gardens, a tennis court, a barn media room as well as garages

Housekeeper - Household Responsibilities

  • To have a very high standard of cleaning:
  • Clean and maintain the interior of the main house and annex buildings
  • Experience with dealing with laundry and delicate fabrics, hand washing as would be doing all household laundry
  • Ensure the linen, curtains, blinds and fabrics are kept clean and laundered
  • Sensitive to the requirements of elderly grandparents as very occasional assistance may be required
  • Able to assist in the kitchen when required, cooking/food prep at least once a week including serving, and setting the table
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the house
  • Running errands when required
  • To work alongside the House Manager and the other live-out Housekeeper to ensure consistently smooth running of the house

Hours

  • To work a five-day week (25-32 hrs per week) with at least one weekend per month including a Sunday night
  • Days will be given in lieu for any weekend work
  • Flexibility is key

  • 28 days paid holiday days (including bank holidays)
  • Overnight Accommodation:
    • Brand new en-suite bedroom in the annex, this is adjoined to the main house.
    • Shared living room/staff break out area
