A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief of Staff to be based in Bermuda and support the Principal of a very successful USA firm with multiple interests and private requirements.
Assisting with the purchase of property and recruitment of household staff and screening/initial interviews. Liaising with household staff and supervision of rotas and household requirements. Oversee all aspects of renovation of a large residential property including goods to be shipped in. Upkeep and overseeing of a US property.
Travel with the Principal when required (Canada US and UK). Family related duties will include schooling, activities, school applications, liaising with nannies and professionals with regard to the care of the children.
Dealing with all personal appointments, meetings, travel, hospitality, events, gifts, invitations, dinners and private diary. Liaising with corporate staff when needed.
Assisting the Principal with managing the Bermuda office (5). Assist with payments/invoices, tax and regulatory filings, record keeping and administrative duties for the office.
A degree is required and 5 years++ minimum as a Chief of Staff in a multi tasking role covering both Private and Corporate support. Total confidentiality and discretion will be expected. Experience overseeing household staff and a willingness to work outside normal hours is a norm for you.
Able to make relationships quickly you will be the "go to person" to assist the Principal.
Excellent written and spoken English skills, able to compose correspondence and deal with email flow.
Excellent IT and organisational skills is essential and a bright and helpful personality is essential.

An amazing role has arisen for a polished and experienced EA who enjoys being involved in multiple projects as well as the EA duties. The two entrepreneurs are different in personality and requirements. Based in the West End this role is ideal for someone who comes from a client focused industry/role such as PR/Private Jets/Celebrity or the Arts/luxury goods on the client side supporting as a first class EA to the Principal's.
Top EA skills to include excellent attendance at important meetings and taking detailed notes, extensive research into the arts including international art fairs and artists. A background meeting and liaising with high profile individuals/UHNW would be preferred.
The role will also be supporting in projects and logistics involving major property and important buildings projects. The projects are complex and involving as well as being very interesting dealing with some well known sites in London and abroad.

Top diary, travel and logistic skills are essential as one of the Founders travels extensively and may require some remote support also.

Our client an international Chairman of multiple enterprises spanning from Entertainment, Retail, and Media to Hospitality is seeking a Private PA to join his support team. Working in a team of 3 during the scheduled hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. Though overall there is a good balance to this role. You will be flexible to support remotely from your home, from the Family Office in the Kensington & Chelsea area and on occasion travelling with the Chairman.

UHNW businessman is looking for an experienced Private PA, who is also qualified in personal training with good knowledge of nutrition and healthy living. It is a travelling role, when in London you will be based in stunning offices in the West End, working alongside other members of staff in the Family office. You will be required to travel often the principal has large Estates in Majorca and Ibiza and trips further afield too, including Asia and New Zealand.
You will be solely responsible for looking after the principal’s health and fitness regime together with private PA duties. Working closely with the family’s chefs and other assistants in ensuring a healthy diet and lifestyle is followed.
You will need to be a real team player and happy to help with other requests that may arise - for example picking up guests from the airports, booking travel and assisting with diary changes,ensuring the villas are ready for principal and guest arrivals and generally mucking in with the office and house teams to ensure all needs are met.
You will be confident, capable and able to adapt to last minute changes in a calm manner. Top IT skills with a proven track records of working in a similar role for a UHNW / VIP principal. Ex-super yacht experience would be welcomed. Intelligent with an eye on current events - able to converse on projects and new business interests the Principal is involved in and forge a good relationships on all levels
