You must be resident in Monaco or nearby in the South of France to qualify for this role. A good working understanding of Monaco is essential. Liaising heavily with the London EA on all matters your logistics, travel and diary skills will be superb. Working within a beautiful Hampstead Mansion (7 bedrooms) and liaising a fully staffed house and estate in the Cotswolds. Reporting into the Chief of Staff you will be a fabulous lifestyle manager, a top organiser with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. A top communicator who is flexible and hands on you will have good contacts through your previous positions and eager to make a difference to this household. You will have good experience with property management, very tech savvy (Mac) and proficient with all MS products.
You will organise events, dinners and celebrations for the family (husband/wife and 2 young children), co-ordinate their social activities, book all private appointments and manage diaries effectively. Handle purchases and returns, manage household errands and book private and commercial travel, holidays and assist with packing. Organise and maintain office systems, including filing, contacts, supplies and inventories. Assist with house maintenance and repairs by scheduling, monitoring and liaising with trade appointments.
You will support the Chief of Staff when required and stand in for his duties in his absence assisting with contractors, interior designer, project managers and builders. Manage staff and payroll. Household finance and bank accounts. Maintaining systems and rotas. Updating schedule of maintenance for properties. Ensuring all insurances are up to date.
You will have 5 years+ experience in a similar role and want to learn and grow to the next stage. You will have good contacts and able to multi-task easily.
