Executive Assistant to UHNW Couple (Paris)

You must already live in Paris to be considered for this role. CVs in English please.

A talented and flexible EA (English/French speaking) is being sought to support this charming couple with exceptionally high standards in their new Paris home.  Ideal start is 1st October but can wait until mid October.  A cv demonstrating a background at a similar level for 5 years+ working for a HNW/UHNW household is essential .  The couple are in residence for approximately 4 months of the year and split their time between London, New York and Paris.

Providing Executive Secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and family.  Co-ordination of travel and logistics when required including detailed itineraries.  Able to liaise effectively with international members of staff taking direction from the British Chief of Staff when required. A strong knowledge of Paris and all that it has to offer is needed for this role.

Covering all Household support required to include House supplies & equipment, liaising with vendors, including cleaning, catering and security.  Organising operational procedures and liaising with household staff on rotas and assisting with recruitment, vetting and hiring when required.  Maintain overall house conditions and arrange necessary repairs. Able to keep detailed itineraries of household items.  Ad hoc projects, duties as assigned.  Experience with household admin support and excellent MS Office skills are needed.  A top time manager able to identify and anticipate needs ahead of time and able to stay on  top of priorities.

Flexible and adaptable able to juggle a range of different tasks including personal shopping and running errands.   A self-starter, able to be left to their own devices, make decisions and achieve results.  Top problem-solving skills, outstanding attention to detail.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A strong organiser, able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality at all times.  Happy to roll up the sleeves and muck in when needed with errands or out of hours requests from time to time.
