Business & Private EA - International CEO (Paddington)

This is an amazing role for a career EA who loves supporting a dynamic and top of the game CEO with an international standing.  Degree standard with a demonstrated cv supporting a top CEO/Founding Partner is needed.  Focused and accurate to the nth degree - you will be extremely well presented and spoken and able to represent the boss when required and prepare all matters in an exemplary manner on the business side.

You will also be extremely capable supporting the boss in a private capacity (and his partner) with luxury travel, personal diary and meetings/events, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, credit card reconciliation, private shopping and purchases, insurances and household staff liaison/recruitment etc.

This is a pivotal role for the CEO and the company and will carry responsibility and reward.  A background supporting an American boss and a good understanding of American culture/way of working would be preferred but not essential.  Or experience working in the USA in a senior EA role for a dynamic boss.

An exciting and interesting role that will allow you to work from home when the CEO is abroad built on trust, respect and ability.

Dedicated with excellent EI and able to liaise at the most senior level both in the UK and on an international level.  Some out of hours across time zones when the boss travels and private support out of hours now and again.
