An unusual and very interesting role has arisen for a degree standard EA who has supported a very busy entrepreneur or CEO with both business and Philanthropic interests.  A high flyer who works quickly you must be quick on your feet, uber smart with excellent forward planning skills and can gauge situations quickly.  Based in magnificent offices in Mayfair your day will be involved in assisting in all aspects to the CEO the in his business ventures and supporting with private matters and within his Foundation when needed.  This is a boutique environment similar to a Family Office.  Top diary management and able to deal with a flood of emails deciphering what is important and what can wait (answering when appropriate).  A good decision maker who is discreet and with excellent experience liaising at the most senior level/titled individuals/CEOs' etc.  A top communicator with confidence who will work as a colleague and have much to offer.  An outstanding gatekeeper, able to sit in meetings/minutes or take dictation into the PC now and again.  Top research skills and excellent PowerPoint will be needed.  Able to design complex travel and itineraries (boss is away 3 - 4 months of the year usually).  Well spoken and presented is essential and able to juggle many priorities without fluster. Good humoured with your own wit and charm and used to the busy and demanding world this Principal inhabits.  Really interesting and involving role and the boss is quite a character!  You will be confident and able to be a real right hand support to the boss. The role is to start asap.   No high expectations for out of hours - civilized hours too!
