An incredibly successful emerging markets private equity firm located in stunning offices in Mayfair are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their friendly Managing Partners (2).

The role will be office based when the restrictions are eased with your team and comes with a great work life balance as little out of hours support required. You must therefore prefer/want an office based role and be easily able to commute to Mayfair for working hours between 9am to 6pm.

To be considered for this role it is essential you have experience in Private Equity, Investments, Hedge or similar alongside a strong educational background, degree or equivalent highly advantageous. You will have great energy, a warm smile, willing and helpful nature and be used to dealing with clients and being a gatekeeper for your executive.
PA/EA experience is a must.
Daily you will support two busy diaries across multiple time zones, organised travel including private jets, cars, visas and accommodation
Plan and organise events and meetings, prepare agendas, research and prepare documentation/presentations
Gatekeeping, correspondence management, meeting & greeting guests.
Business and personal expenses management
Provide private support to the Managing partners and family as needed
Project support and more!
